Convert a reinforcement learning action to a microgrid control.
In a discrete environment, for example, converts an integer to a microgrid control.
Parameters#

Action to convert. Integer if discrete, np.ndarray if continuous, dict if converting from a microgrid action.

Resultant microgrid control.
