Whether the environment’s spaces are flat.

If True, all continuous spaces are gym.spaces.Box.

Otherwise, they are nested gym.spaces.Dict of gym.spaces.Tuple of gym.spaces.Box, corresponding to the structure of the control arg of Microgrid.run().
